Description
A standard GPR-SLICE licence includes all technical support and training for up to one user for the duration of the licence. However, you may have multiple people in your organisation using GPR-SLICE.
You can purchase technical support and training for additional users by purchasing one of these GPR-SLICE additional user training and support packages for each additional user of GPR-SLICE for the duration of the licence.
Note that these GPR-SLICE additional user training and support packages expire at the same time as your GPR-SLICE software licence. i.e. you will need to renew these support packages when you renew your GPR-SLICE software licence.
Please note that this provides one-on-one support via email or Skype video call. All users are free to use the GPR-SLICE training videos and written guides and the user manual (without needing to buy one of these support packages); you might not even need this, depending on your usage/needs.
